** Ticket is required for children participating in the party NOT adults that are not participating in the events (including hayride). Ticket includes sing-a-long, hayride, cake, ice cream, soda, games, face painting and seating. You may have as many guests as you would like but tickets are required for the above stated. Please keep in mind seating is also set by tickets therefore you may wish to bring your own chairs for extra guests or also have additional tables and settings for a fee.

Parties up to 10 tickets - with unlimited non-participating guests
$6.50 per extra ticket
Upon booking a rain date must be choosen and a $75 deposit is required to hold the date. If rain date is also rained out deposit is refunded in full.
No motorized vehicles or smoking allowed on premises.
You are welcome to bring additional food and beverages but they are only allowed in the birthday party area.
On a Budget?
Rent our Birthday Field and bring your own fun and seating for $175.
OR
Rent our Birthday Field and picnic tables and bring your own fun for $250.
(Must have adult supervision of at least 1 adult per 10 children)
Directions to our farm
From Somerset
Follow Whetstone Hill into Swansea which becomes Marvel Street. We are approximately 2 miles on the right from North Elementary School.
From Fall River
Go over the Brightman Street Bridge to second set of lights (Pizza Hut is on the left); turn right onto Brayton Point Road. Follow through the set of lights and the 4-way stop to the end of the road. Turn left onto Marvel Street. The farm is approximately one-half mile on the right.
